Job description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Account Manager to join our team! Your primary goal will be to manage partnerships with our clients by setting up, launching, and optimizing mobile marketing campaigns to achieve performance goals while fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize mobile campaigns to ensure revenue and performance targets are met.
- Launch campaigns aligned with clients’ promotional strategies and business objectives.
- Proactively develop and implement strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Analyze and report on existing partnerships to identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain client satisfaction and focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share updates, insights, and client feedback.
- Use data-driven decision-making to optimize results and improve ROI.
Required qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within the mobile apps industry.
- Familiarity with the mobile advertising ecosystem (MMPs, performance marketing cost models, DSPs, and SSPs).
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data dashboards.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Dynamic, ambitious, and eager to grow in the ad-tech industry.
- Strong team player with critical thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Client-oriented and business-focused, with the ability to manage stressful situations and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment.
